It was a honor and privilege to be present during this historical event in Dubai, which was the signing off the first historical agreement by Vice President Dr Nahla Al Qassimi from the Society of Engineers in UAE and Vice Chair MSc Teresa Bilinska from Association of Polish Engineers in Great Britain. The great hospitality in SoE eliminates barriers between the borders and cultures giving the opportunity for the engineering development.
